– Standard apparel usually ships within 3-5 business days.

– Embroidery, sublimation, and custom handmade products may require up to 5-10 business days.

– International:

+ Standard (14 – 20 Business Days)

Tracking:

If available, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package online.

Shipping Multiple Orders:

Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined for shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Locations:

Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order for shipping to multiple addresses. If you wish to ship to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Address Changes:

Address modifications cannot be made once an order has been processed within 4 hours. If you need to change the address, please contact us at [email protected] within this 4-hour window.

Customs Charges and Delays:

Some countries may charge import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are determined and applied by your local Customs office. It is your responsibility to handle these charges.
